      Training is wonderful. They really care about their MLGA's and Agents. They want you to have all the tools for success.

      Cons

      Can't see any as of yet. Very family friendly staff in the home office. The follow up is very awesome.

      Wonderful co-workers and upper management.

      Cons

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
