Thank you for taking time to share your thoughts. We appreciate your candid feedback as we work to continuously improve. Your feedback about your supportive colleagues is a great reflection of the supportive workplace culture we strive to foster. Developing the leadership team is important to every organization, and at APS we are constantly seeking opportunities to do so in line with our core values of education and learning. We’re excited about the upcoming leadership development training, launching in December 2024 and continuing into the first quarter of 2025, featuring programs like “Cultivating the Leadership Mindset.” Additional enhancements to staff resources are also on the horizon for 2025, including a supervisor request form designed to capture training needs directly from leadership. We are dedicated to creating meaningful improvements that positively impact all employees. If you have more feedback, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hr@aps.org. Your input is invaluable as we continue to grow and enhance our workplace together.
