Pros
If you're ever just bored looking for some hours, there's a "swap board" which is online and you can either pick up extra shifts or get other people to take yours. You get very good hours, if you're looking to work a lot.
Cons
They consistently mess up paychecks, give an excessive amount of hours for very little pay, you have to practically babysit all the kids, and they always want you to fill in for someone on your day off, and when you say you can't work, they get upset.
