It is a great organization with a clear cut purpose. Its employees often hold that same vision to help ones who are less fortunate or have fallen victim to some type of calamity. They have a very clear, regimented structure (like the military) which people can identify their role and what they would like to do. Training is very structured and their is clearly laid out career plan and progression track for those that work within the organization. This formal structure sometimes causes people to forget about the individual because everything is so systematic.
