Very sad - Supervisor American Red Cross Employee Review

Absolutely demoralizing. I have been here almost 10 years and my self worth as an employee is entirely gone. We have been told we are replaceable and should be very lucky we have a job regularly. When I started, the Red Cross was a great place to work but that's no longer the case. The building is in disrepair and the only time you see a manager is to be yelled at, given bad news or given the work of another employee who quit or has been laid off. I work very hard, have never been in trouble and have always gotten excellent performance reviews. None of that matters. Also, the benefits are horrific.
