Pros

Great coworkers and atmosphere. Pay and benefits package are fair and based on market research. Family-oriented.

Cons

Most of management are not qualified for the jobs they have. There's an odd mixture of caring about employees but also being as cheap as possible. Complete lack of communication between departments.

New CEO, good local people, and philanthropic efforts by the family. Opportunity to learn but limitations on growth and capacity.

Cons

Poor Sales & Marketing Leadership along with negative product management. CEO needs a wholesale change with leadership team and weed out the negative leadership.
