Pros

Good PTO, health insurance is decent depending on your situation. Remote work from home add a perk. Mediocre pay will pay the bills nothing more.

Cons

Micromanaging is a constant. They will certainly blast you in front of the entire team about what you have missed. Company is on a downward spiral and all fingers point blame to the next. Restructuring (termination of employment) as they call it is constant. Promotions DO NOT happen unless of course you are favorited. Bonuses are based on parameters that I’m confident the one who set them couldn’t meet. If you are looking for something to bridge a gap until your next offer comes along this would be it. Do not expect long term. It is a revolving door.

Pros

Decent product but company as a whole is a joke.

Cons

1.5 to 2 hour drive time to homes 100k. A lot of no shows. I've been in Home Improvement for 15 years this is the worst Company by far I realized I can always expect to drive an hour and a half sometimes but not every single appointment plus I only got maybe three appointments a week did not stay there long not even a month talked to someone else that had the exact same experience think they stayed 6 weeks told me Leeds would be available I am a top salesperson in previous Home Improvement was not even going to post because figured maybe it was my area why this was happening I'm in Jacksonville. Dreaded I would run there are plenty plenty plenty of great home improvement companies out there this is not
