You will never get promoted from where you come in at. You may get a title change and an 8% raise but you will not move up within the company. Remote work is limited even though 90% of everything could be done remote. Micromanagement is an epidemic and team leads are usually those who are not qualified for the position and do not have the experience/knowledge to know what the customers want. Diversity is also not a thing at ASC. If you dont want to work for and with white male veterans than I would look elsewhere.
