Pros
ESOP, they offer tuition assistance but you won’t have an opportunity to use it.
Cons
Chaotic leadership with plenty of backstabbing. They don’t listen to employees, discourage working remotely but will pester even mid level employees during PTO. Management has no work life balance, expect to be hounded before work, at lunch, and until you fall asleep, god help you if you don’t respond to an email while making dinner. Employees need to use PTO for federal holidays. Meetings about meetings are a thing.
