Good overall...lack of promotion opportunities - Electronics Technician III American Systems Employee Review

No 401(k) match, no company parties (Holiday parties are a catered lunch in-office), minimum promotion opportunities because the company prefers to hire new managers even with employees who are more qualified. Company was founded on providing technical services but new CEO is positioning company with more prime contracts and "managed" services in order to sell company (previous attempt failed due to lack of prime contracts and not enough managed services).
