      Pros

      Hands off, let you do your work for your customer without bogging you down with corporate overhead requirements and too many levels of management.

      Cons

      Don't really listen to employee input that they pretend to want. No 401K match at all. Vesting in esop is 5 years. Benefits are definitely something they contribute the bare minimum to.
