They treat you fairly and management is willing to work hard to help you meet your goals. They become mentors that help you to succeed. They pay fair and on time. They go above and beyond to see that you become a success. People are nice and caring.

Cons

They push you hard to succeed so if you're not ready to work hard to achieve your goals and become a success then maybe they're not for you
