      Great advancement opportunities. Training, when the money is there, is best in the tire industry.

      Cons

      Growing too fast as they now are laying people off who may have just started with the company. Too many levels of management. Competition is getting smarter and more aggressive.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
