      Steady work, unlikely to get let go

      ATD prides itself on caring about its associates but does not offer competitive pay or career advancement opportunities. A very top heavy organization which seems to limit upward mobility (I have seen very few people get promotions). Culture is poor

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
