      The company is excellent. They know what they are doing. They are winning innovation awards, they are sharp, and strategic. They have great benefits and lots of jobs available. OT is available

      The CSRs job is taking incoming calls for eight hours per day. It's repetitive

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
