Pros

Company offers good and cost effective benefits.

Cons

The training at this location was very poor and many employees treating patients poorly or were doing poor quality testing for the doctors. Employees were also very rude to other employees making the environment feel very uncomfortable.

Decent benefits & pay Leadership listens and is super kind & supportive Plenty of room to grow & learn Continuous training for managers (leader foundation courses) Numerous opportunities to improve processes and make an impact.

Cons

Dark work environment (no windows/natural light) for those who do not have an office.

Almost exclusively entry level positions Education fund to help obtain COA My particular position did not require much overtime

Cons

Poor training, low pay / benefits, no sense of team or cohesiveness, constant turnover with staff and management. Very little communication, follow through on promises. Frequently faced with unhappy patients with billing, scheduling issues, poor treatment / surgery outcomes.
