Pros

co-workers are nice, Benefits are good.

Cons

Lot of turn over and the company can't figure out why, but its clear after a few months of working her. They demand faster work, and unrealistic work hours from people. This is for all the department. Managers come out and yell at people when production lines slow down and blame the workers instead of the old broken equipment that are not willing to update or fix. More cons than pros for working for this company. Would not recommend. Unless you're a workaholic. oh yeah... if you think you're going to put your foot down and tell them you can't work OT or weekends.. well that's fine and you can but you will just be treaded like trash and pushed out.

The CULTURE at this company sets it apart from others. They not only talk the talk but they walk the walk.

Cons

Pay is average and advancement is hard because business is not increasing.

Pros

Direct manager cares and has goals in place to help improve the department. The core team is made up of great people that work well together.

Cons

Seems like the plant director is actively and intentionally making the entire plant worse. Zero accountability for disrespecting hourly workers even when it's brought to management's attention. Supervisors have completely checked out and refuse to provide the help needed for their people to succeed. Nonexistent advancement opportunities unless you go to church with or are friends with certain managers. Cliquey front office and improper use of employee information. Little to no diversity in management roles. There is a single manager that's a POC and he's their most recent hire.
