At Americaneagle.com, we aim to create a secure and productive work environment while remaining flexible. While we did allow our teams to work remotely in the past due to the Covid Restrictions, we realized that it wasn't the best fit for our organization and clients. After careful consideration, we have transitioned to a policy that requires team members to be in the office five days a week unless a hybrid or remote schedule is specifically approved by Human Resources.
For many years even before Covid we always have had a flexible policy with many people working fully remote all over the world, and many people having a Hybrid work policy. Nothing has changed. Now that the Covid restrictions are over it was necessary to set forth a policy that is best for our customers, best for the Company, and maybe the most important, what is best for each employees career, happiness and overall mental state. The same scenario does not work for everyone.
We believe that this change will promote direct communication among colleagues and teams without compromising our commitment to a positive work-life balance. Working in the office fosters innovation, attracts top talent, drives results, and ultimately enables us to provide exceptional service to our customers. Who knows, people may even develop lifelong friendships in the process? We understand that some employees may have unique circumstances that necessitate remote work, and we have been accommodating and flexible to ensure their satisfaction.
