Pros
Decent benefits (although this is changing - more cost put on employee within last year) Great December holiday party. Parking is paid for. Nice American Royal event.
Cons
Reactive and mercurial senior management. Low pay compared to similar sized organizations. Bonus program is very subjective, they should do away with it and just pay decent salaries. Favoritism runs rampant - although it's not hidden - you definitely know who is in good graces with management. When you leave, for whatever reason, the character assassination begins in earnest - very gossipy company.
