Until recent layoffs, fairly stable work environment. Benefit structure is competitive. Family oriented company. Great place to start a career (entry level) or to be hired in at a senior level.

Cons

Company has a pay for performance structure which gets in the way of productivity. The program is administered inconsistently among different areas. The salaries are notoriously low if you work your way up through the company.
