Pros
Decent benefits, some departments have it together. As long as you can talk a big game you don’t have to know much.
Cons
Lack of communication, get used to working with average level folks who think they’re the stuffincluding some of the officers. HR puts decisions on the manager to figure things out which leads to disparity between the departments.
