PTO is pretty decent. Opportunity to get a decent bonus twice a year. Annual Christmas parties and gifts.
Cons
Very few opportunities for advancement. Definitely the type of place where you get ahead because of who you know and not what you contribute. I have worked for companies that celebrate diversity and inclusion. This is definitely NOT one of them. Stay away if you are a person of color, if you’re disabled, if you identify as a woman, or are LGBTQ+. It saddens me to see my coworkers careers suffer and stall because of race and other biases. I’ve seen this multiple times and we’ve lost a lot of good people due to this very reason. But, unfortunately here we are in 2022 and nothing really has changed. I’ve been a victim of discrimination, including indirect sexual harassment, “jokes” regarding my race and ethnicity, and other inappropriate comments and behaviors towards my person.
