Everything else. Overworked, micromanaged by incompetents, pay not great, turnover sky high, consistent lying from upper management, bonus system made attainment painful. Be very careful if considering a job there. The review I saw labeled "sweatshop" was accurate. Once interviewed with another employer who said he'd interviewed there and "that place had 'sweatshop' written all over it." If only I'd known beforehand. Americo is the standard by which I now judge other employers: if the other company bears ANY resemblance, I run away.
