Pros

Great people to work with. The job never gets boring.

Cons

Every year in the spring layoffs take place to cut costs only to see that they've hired someone else later in the year. Expected to work long hours and be at their beck and call.

Pros

1. Excellent PTO. 2. Great manager and DO at my location. 3. Decent work-life balance.

Cons

1. Large pay discrepancies between facilities (to the tune of $40k) between associates doing the same job. 2. Frequent implementation of policies or technologies that are either non-beneficial, time wasting, or fixing things that were not broken. I would admit there may be legitimate reasons for a lot of these, but if so they are either being poorly explained or not at all. 3. Failure to recognize the importance of individuals at the site-level and the impact they have in the facility.
