Pros

Good pay for the area, with lot's of over time during the busy season. No much else good to say about it.

Cons

They don't care about their employees. We had a union where I worked and it really seems that they were trying to get rid of it.

Pros

1. Excellent PTO. 2. Great manager and DO at my location. 3. Decent work-life balance.

Cons

1. Large pay discrepancies between facilities (to the tune of $40k) between associates doing the same job. 2. Frequent implementation of policies or technologies that are either non-beneficial, time wasting, or fixing things that were not broken. I would admit there may be legitimate reasons for a lot of these, but if so they are either being poorly explained or not at all. 3. Failure to recognize the importance of individuals at the site-level and the impact they have in the facility.
