Pros

If you don't mind the hours and work there is money that can be made.

Cons

Upper level really needs to understand the different positions within the facility before deciding to cut certain positions. Sometimes upper level has no clue on the importance of certain positions or the connection to success of the company as a whole.

Pros

1. Excellent PTO. 2. Great manager and DO at my location. 3. Decent work-life balance.

Cons

1. Large pay discrepancies between facilities (to the tune of $40k) between associates doing the same job. 2. Frequent implementation of policies or technologies that are either non-beneficial, time wasting, or fixing things that were not broken. I would admit there may be legitimate reasons for a lot of these, but if so they are either being poorly explained or not at all. 3. Failure to recognize the importance of individuals at the site-level and the impact they have in the facility.
