Pros
Well, It is a job, ..a pay check , that is really about the only thing good to say about being here. So,If you need a job They will hire anyone with a heartbeat.
Cons
They will hire anyone and throw them on a lift , work release is O.K. , but they don't tell you if violent offenders are working with you.( they say they run background checks but lots of felons have worked here for years). its a very old building, old equipment , worn out fork lifts and doors, angry " mean" Local management .. ridiculous goals and no rewards, favoritism of certain crew , and a severe shift rivalry . poor wages for this area ....... not sure how some of they guys have kept their job for 10 years ?" teachers pets " very very high turnover rate.
