Pros
The company has gone through some leadership changes in Sales recently and all for the better. They brought in executive management that will set this company up right for the future and ready to grow. Great culture, people who work here are great people, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I felt compelled to leave this here as I have been reading reviews and this company doesnt deserve the negativity I have seen lately. Sure, there are some bad apples here and there but for the most part, there are on the right track. If I didnt have to leave do to school, I would stay. THey offer AMAZING training to get you up to speed in their industry and its the best leadership I have seen in a call center BY FAR. They feed you every week... the CEO takes you out to celebrate wins, etc. The top producers really get the red carpet as they should, and all around just great.
