Pros
I've been a sales professional for 16yrs now. One can imagine how many situations and experience one goes through in that length of time. Those experiences and situations vary from company to company. I've always done well for myself from Top Sales Rep., Presidents Club, Platinum Performer to Top Producer. I struggled here to reach those levels and yet I watched many attain it. This place required me to revisit my strengths and weaknesses. After working here for 9 months now here is my honest assessment. Several are doing financially well here because they chose to grow by identifying their weaknesses and strengths while genuinely looking to help people. Few are not doing financially well and are quick to complain about anything. The work does challenge you, however once you identify a clear path as to how this company helps people and learn how to deliver that message to your client, you end up helping yourself.
Cons
You get beat up a lot on the phone due to client ignorance in finance. This is where you build a callus and learn to identify those who want to be helped. This requires work on your part to learn how to properly deliver the AMERICOR message.
