      Pros

      This job literally changed my life. I’ve been hear for the last 6 months. And I made the change from mortgages where I was for the last 5 years. In mortgages there were so many up and downs due to interest rates. Here it’s so consistent. The calls are non stop. You literally have the choice to make however much you want. As long as you put in the hours. I’ve made more money here than I have ever had in mortgages and the great part is you are truly helping people. I’ve gotten so many thank you from my clients. Specially during the holiday that it makes me want to work even harder. The management team truly cares about making you successful. The company is constantly investing in improving technology and the product to make it easier for us to close more deals. The CEO is one one of the most humble CEOs I’ve met. I couldn’t be more excited about all the new thing coming up in 2020.

      Long hours but you are awarded for it.

      Pros

      Low barrier to entry, if you can talk to people, you can do this job. You'll get a ton of reps with real clients in real financial situations, and the commission upside is legitimate. Strong months can clear $20K+

      Cons

      The hours are long and the emotional weight is constant, your clients are in crisis by definition, so you're absorbing that stress daily. Management just adds to that stress. The fees are steep, and it's on you to get clients to accept them. The hard truth is it's usually their only viable option, but that doesn't make the conversation easy.
