I’ve worked at Americor a little over a year now as a debt negotiator & all I have to say is this company truly is amazing to its staff. Not only did they give me a paying job making on average TRIPLE the minimum wage in California, but they gave me a career where I’m learning lifelong skills. Since being employed here, I’ve seen this company grow, expand, adapt, & thrive; even in the harshest of times. I’ve learned management & leadership skills which include team building, time management, & so many more. This company not only gave me a chance to be successful through their extensive ongoing training, but they gave me a chance to thrive in what I do for this company. Every day I save our clients THOUSANDS of dollars. I personally have saved my clients MILLIONS since I started working here over a year ago. I’ve seen how they hire & promote within & how they change your department to suit an individuals skill set. It’s amazing watching this company adapt & change over the course that I’ve been an employee. & lastly, I have to talk about the amazing Benefits that they offer. They pay 60% toward healthcare premiums for individuals (which saves me HUNDREDS each month), 60% toward dental, 401(k) plans, a complimentary $10,000 life insurance policy for all employees, & they offer an Employee Assistance Program. Lastly, this company personally has bent over backwards to make special accommodations for me when thing in my personal life started to affect my professional life. The care that HR & management gives their staff in times of crisis & in times of need makes me feel like I’m part of a family. Overall, I’d have to say Americor is the best job I’ve never held & plan to hold. I strive to give back everything this company has given to me over the last year, & then some.
