Pros

- Opportunity to grow/move up but not worth it - Flexible / Understanding with tardiness/absences (probably too understanding) - Was good pay but because everything's rising in 2022 its no longer good pay - Get to meet SOME great people, but lots of workers slack off/are lazy which affects you in the long run

Cons

- Not enough training and communication - Managers and leads don't prioritize urgent matters with clients - Some fellow employees are very rude and get talked to by managers often without being penalized - Only some roles have the opportunity to get bonuses, not everyone gets to be apart of their 'monthly raffles' either - Bait & switch / feels like you're scamming clients - You pay A LOT for benefits & you pretty much have to read the fine print because you can't cancel your benefits for a whole YEAR which is INSANE(didnt happen to me but happened to a co-worker) - I never thought a job would be too 'laid back' but this one definitely is, they overlook workers who dont return client calls, slack on the job (seriously someone had 4+ hours of idle time!! and is still working there?!) Maybe thats a good thing for you if you slack and just want a paycheck but for people that actual want to do there job and make a difference, it sucks - The raises they provide are horrible. If you're being told you cut the error rate down by 3% by yourself you should get a full 1$ raise, not 50 cents. - Some starting positions start at a higher pay than I am currently making and I've worked here for over a year with 2 raises. There are honestly a lot more cons but these are the few I decided to list.

Pros

Training is the best in the industry. Amazing opportunity to make real money while having managers and directors guide you in perfecting your craft, untapped OT and commissions. Able to make real money within 60-90 days and the leads are prime.

Cons

If you see it as a job and a quick money grab you won’t do well. If you treat it as a career and put in the work you will do well.

Pros

Low barrier to entry, if you can talk to people, you can do this job. You'll get a ton of reps with real clients in real financial situations, and the commission upside is legitimate. Strong months can clear $20K+

Cons

The hours are long and the emotional weight is constant, your clients are in crisis by definition, so you're absorbing that stress daily. Management just adds to that stress. The fees are steep, and it's on you to get clients to accept them. The hard truth is it's usually their only viable option, but that doesn't make the conversation easy.
