Pros

None, there were no pros. The application makes it seem like a great place to work but it is very misleading.

Cons

I was with this company for a long time... AVOID WORKING HERE ! Save yourself the trouble and look for other companies to work in Customer Service ! They do not increase your pay, even if you have experience. Half of the office is in Idaho, they don't understand CA price inflation. There are no perks working here. They will over work you. You cannot take breaks between calls, you cannot leave you desk to use the bathroom. You are micro managed constantly. No freedom of thinking, or even freedom to be an adult and make choices. You are always being watched, also if you get in trouble you will be watched even more closely. Do not work here ! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone !!! The CEO bragged about how they got a house in FL, but wouldn't increase wages ! They only value the sales team, and favoritism is HIGH. All you will do here is work your butt off for 0 reward !!! The turn over rate for everyone is HIGH every 4 months management leaves..... or your co-workers leave! I hope this review helps others who need this.

Pros

Training is the best in the industry. Amazing opportunity to make real money while having managers and directors guide you in perfecting your craft, untapped OT and commissions. Able to make real money within 60-90 days and the leads are prime.

Cons

If you see it as a job and a quick money grab you won’t do well. If you treat it as a career and put in the work you will do well.

Pros

1:1s and constructive feedback is apparent. Speaking with your boss doesn’t feel like a make or break situation.

Cons

Overworked. No raise in years for any agents. No downtime. Punishing when you aren’t at 100% efficiency. Outsourcing leadership and new agents. No room for growth. Disorganized leadership. Expensive health insurance costs. No job stability.
