Pros

First of all, I love working for a company that helps people change their lives for the better. As a single, working mom of two teenagers, I truly appreciate Americor's work-life balance and their understanding of their employee's well-being. I feel very fortunate to have the flexibility of working a hybrid schedule which allows me to work from home three days out of five. I also value Americor's open-door policy with senior management, which makes me feel comfortable approaching them with any concerns or questions.

Pros

Training is the best in the industry. Amazing opportunity to make real money while having managers and directors guide you in perfecting your craft, untapped OT and commissions. Able to make real money within 60-90 days and the leads are prime.

Cons

If you see it as a job and a quick money grab you won’t do well. If you treat it as a career and put in the work you will do well.

Pros

1:1s and constructive feedback is apparent. Speaking with your boss doesn’t feel like a make or break situation.

Cons

Overworked. No raise in years for any agents. No downtime. Punishing when you aren’t at 100% efficiency. Outsourcing leadership and new agents. No room for growth. Disorganized leadership. Expensive health insurance costs. No job stability.
