Pros

The company has fabulous benefits. The employees are dedicated, welcoming and knowledgeable. The staff takes very good care of members. The company is a not-for-profit and an excellent corporate citizen. The pace is extremely fast and always interesting.

Cons

AmeriCU is experiencing some growing pains. It's a local, homegrown company - which can be good and bad. The culture is pretty formal and the leadership is definitely a "command and control" style.
