Toxic Work Environment - Bank Teller Americu Credit Union Employee Review

The environment and culture was toxic. Co-tellers would smile in your face and act friendly, but would talk behind your back while making it obvious. Lack of cultural and religious understanding was present as I was asking for a major religious holiday off, and they made it feel like I was asking for too much when Christian holidays are already given without an ask. Supervisor would talk smack about other workers as well. These are just a few examples of the toxic work environment.
