Feedback from our employees – both positive and negative – is taken very seriously, because we recognize the role it plays in helping us grow and improve. I’m pleased to say that we are already in the process of addressing some of the concerns you mentioned. Last year, we implemented a formalized training program for all new and current employees, as well as a new learning management system to deliver ongoing product, leadership, and service training opportunities. We have also revamped our hiring process and introduced a new skills and personality assessment that all candidates, including candidates for leadership positions, are required to complete prior to being hired. We are already seeing positive results from these assessments—including reduced turnover and higher employee engagement—as they help ensure we are closely matching candidates with the right jobs. As we begin to see the impact of these efforts, we are appreciative of the input and support we receive from our team members, which is ultimately what drives change at Ameriflex.
