Pros
For years the question for me has been is the grass truly greener on the other side? Would I dare risk my current seniority within my current organization to go explore in unknown grounds. Would I dare explore or settle for comfort? Lets be honest, there is nothing fun about administering health benefits but if you have the skills, qualifications and background why not place your career with a company that makes it fun. So much employee appreciation! Not just during the holidays, like most companies, but all year round. It surprises me to see the select few that opt out of participating but then complain. Of coarse you will be miserable if all you do is wrap yourself in work. Again, this is ben admin, nothing fun about that. Hence why Ameriflex constantly provides random gifts (water bottles, fidget spinners, clothes, maracas, massage roller, quarterly bonuses, fitness and weight loss cash incentives, gift cards, food, TVs, Club Box tickets to see the Phillie's play, friendly competitive events). Ameriflex is constantly thinking of events that can show employee appreciation, in hopes of keeping things fun and breaking the day to day routine (bring your child to work day with fun activities, a day at the lake with BBQ, parking lot corn hole competition, random game days, random ice cream days, cash cab fun day, Customer Service week, midday yoga, in office masseuse, secret Santa exchange, Holiday Dinner, bowling event with award giveaways, cook offs, escape room, team building fun time and the list goes on). Why would a company spend so much money, time , resources and effort towards doing so much and gathering individual input? The answer is cause they care! They know that a happy employee's attitude resonates to their customers. They know that employees spend 1/3 of their day in the work place, so why not make it enjoyable. Yes, you work hard day to day, that is what you are being paid for but work is a lot better when participating in an environment that shows you so much appreciation. Most importantly, everyone is given an opportunity to grow and develop, it isn't about seniority. A lot has to do with bringing the proper attitude, first, and then learning as you go along, second. I respect that! Bonuses are by performance, so you control your destiny. I respect that! Raises are by opportunity and effort. I respect that! Flexibility in hours are given, dependent on work load. I respect that! Days off/ PTO time rolls over and time is earned by hours worked. I respect that! You work in teams, so someone always has your back. I respect that! My verdict is, Ameriflex gives you the opportunity to make the grass as green as you choose to make it and I respect that!
Cons
Still ironing out the growing pains of having to shuffle clients. However, the issue is never ignored as Ameriflex shows that this is still a work in progress. Plus I've always been told a business that is growing is a great problem to have.
