Ameriflex is one of the most amazing companies I have ever seen with in the USA, Canada, and throughout Europe. The dedication to continually improving and receiving employee feedback is second to none. The fact the company focuses on employee appreciation and holds company events regularly is great for morale. The leadership is dedicated to maintaining a private structure so that outsiders cannot interfere and push growth over quality, is key. Additionally, this company grows organically, meaning acquisitions to grow are not the plan, nor has it been in the past. This maintains the culture at a high standard. There are regular opportunities to voice opinions to management and management is responsive. All the employees are so kind/polite that it is a joy to work with all the departments. Every time I need support there are several people willing to jump in and get me the support I need. I love this company and recommend working here to anyone that I feel can perform at a high level because the team here are comprised of amazing go-getters. This company is on the move and has tremendous opportunity for the people working at Ameriflex.
