We appreciate it when a former employee takes the team to share their experience working at Ameriflex and wish all of our former employees the best in their future endeavors. Our hope is to create an environment where everyone feels safe, valued and optimistic about their ability to grow with the company. As a former employee I'm sure you saw first-hand the number of employees who do move into a more prosperous role within the company and know that many of whom do within their first couple years at Ameriflex. For the ones who don't advance as quickly as they would have hoped, the issue is almost never a reflection of their abilities, but rather a function of competition. We work hard to train all of our employees with the skills necessary to grow within the company which means we have many qualified applicants for our job-openings just among in-house candidates.
