Pros
Remote or you can go into office
Cons
They will ask the employees to complete a Glassdoor review so the honest ones get flooded to the bottom. However, if you’re like me I read every single review. This was hands down the worst company Ive had the pleasure of working for and they DO NOT care about their employees. Don’t voice concerns because it’s frowned upon. We have had TEN people quit since I started a year ago. Two of those people worked here for a month before realizing the disaster they had gotten themselves into. The constant platforms changes that they roll out without ever knowing how it’s going to work. 99% of the time it’s a complete disaster. On top of that they don’t properly inform the employees, train them on what is being updated, or go over anything in team meetings besides it’s going to be great! It will be so beneficial for us. Then it rolls out and is a disaster. This has happened with every.single.thing they have decided to change. HEAVY workload for 53k a year. The NPS surveys being completely unfair. They Make it impossible to remove surveys that are meant for another department and they know that. An 8 should not be passive!!!! Group goals instead of individual goals. They will ask you to come up with ways to improve the NPS score when it drops but please know this has been done every year and nothing changes. The team has such a heavy work load and booked calendar every client is pissed so the score drops tremendously during welcome season which of course is the highest paying bonus. They show off our NPs score and act like you’re doing great in the slow months but it’s always good in the slow months then drops during welcome season. After welcome season it will go back up and they will give you a whole whopping $240 pre tax. WATCH OUT you can fill your truck up with that. The lack of knowledge from my immediate supervisors is BAD. We are not set up for success and have zero help in finding solutions to major issues. If you continue to point out the problems they will take it as negativity. Most manipulative management I’ve ever come across. When team members bring up being overwhelmed and unhappy they’re treated with a heavier work load and a best of luck attitude. It’s a huge slap in your face and comes across as this company does not care about their employees. Do yourself a favor and run for the hills. There are several CSS positions out there where you can make double the money. They will tell you about this supposed 10k a year bonus but you won’t see half of that money due to Ameriflex’s overall process but will blame it on your customer service. Their system is set up for to fail. Period.
