Cons
1) More time is needed in initial training, for a Customer Support Advocate, to be ready for callers, as well as uniformity needed in the way we log participant interactions. *What's great is, training is evolving here and the best training resolution is obtainable. Also, what could be helpful is adding a quick go-to page in Confluence that has steps on what to research and provide steps to resolve 'common' caller inquiries. Helpful to all, extremely beneficial for new hires.
