Where to begin. There is a very lengthy review that provides the metrics in detail of this role, find that one and read it as that one speaks volumes of truth! Initially when I started management was great. They really cared about the concerns you presented to them, and wanted to hear a way to fix those concerns. Now if you express a concern you have a target on your back. Specifically Lauren M. Unless you are best friends with management, or like to be a "yes" person. If you want to be at a place that things constantly change from one day to the next & you're just supposed to go along with it with a smile, this is for you. If you want to be at a place where you take on three different roles/duties, with the same pay, then this is for you. If you like expressing where you'd like to move up in the company, only to see less experienced individuals move into those roles, this is the place for you. In this role you have to jump through hoops to get your quarterly bonus, and then they tax it at the highest rate, so you really aren't left with much. The mindset is, oh this person has 20 tasks they already do, well lets get them to do one more, lets get them to train AND do the other 20 tasks they are responsible for on a daily. God forbid you ask "will we get a pay increase for these extra duties." Immediate target on your back because how dare someone ask for more compensation after more duties were handed to you. The person who normally trained employees left, and then had all the other leads start training on top of their daily tasks and handling potentially upset clients. The metrics to receive your bonus is outrageous and almost impossible. So many people have left because if you say ANYTHING you will be pushed out eventually, so might as well leave on your own accord. I have seen really unfortunate things happen to some really amazing & hardworking people that gave everything to their role. Tragic SMH. I know people who have worked here 5+ years, started at $50k base pay, and haven't reached $60k base pay. The workload is not matching the pay provided, in this economy that just isn't feasible. Your dedication and work ethic will not be recognized, you will only be used. People who do stay, stay because they are a "yes" person and don't rock the boat, then receive special privileges for staying quiet. It's really unfortunate to watch.
