We also appreciate your feedback on training for new hires. You’re right—we think you’re on to something with that idea. In fact, we’re currently piloting a buddy program that pairs new team members with experienced employees, and it’s already showing great success. Pros

Brand new warehouse to work in, top of the line equipment, and free snacks and water.

Cons

Too many requirements for trainings, constantly a new module to complete. When it comes to hiring/promoting they like to hire “white” and outside the company, not from within.
