Pros

$25/hour to order parts for Amazon Delivery vehicles is easy (if you know how to order the correct parts). Weekly pay was nice, so were the instant benefits. They're flexible when life happens.

Cons

Too many chefs in the kitchen. You get told to do one thing and then something else gets throw into the mix. They try to make this place seem too corporate when it really shouldn't be. They must've gotten to hire happy from the start and then started implementing pointless rules, rather than addressing issues with certain employees. KPI's/Metrics are a complete mess and unrealistic. Your mangers will "hear you out" but nothing ever gets resolved because the upper dogs don't care. They have a billion other things going on and care about their own matter. Management treats employees like the army, punishing the whole tree rather than the bad fruits. Any issues within the company gets slapped with a band-aid and never gets resolved. Benefits are bad and too expensive for what you get out of it. No maternal/paternal leave for future parents. A lot of people were taking advantage of the "overtime" and they've had a massive lay-off due to "budget" but some of the folks that got laid off barely did overtime, while the ones that averaged 50-60 hours a week somehow kept their positions. Apply at your own risk.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you valued the pay structure, flexibility, and benefits timing during your time with Amerit. We’re also disappointed to learn that your experience with management communication, metrics, and organizational changes did not meet expectations. As our business continues to grow and support large national clients, processes, KPIs, and structure are regularly reviewed to ensure consistency, fairness, and accountability, though we recognize there is always room for improvement in how changes are communicated and implemented. Decisions related to staffing, overtime, and budgets are complex and based on multiple factors, and they are never taken lightly. We continue to evaluate our benefits offerings, parental leave policies, and leadership practices as part of our ongoing efforts to better support our teams. We appreciate candid feedback like this and welcome the opportunity to discuss concerns directly. If you’re open to connecting further, please reach out to mregan@ameritfleet.com.

Pros

Brand new warehouse to work in, top of the line equipment, and free snacks and water.

Cons

Too many requirements for trainings, constantly a new module to complete. When it comes to hiring/promoting they like to hire “white” and outside the company, not from within.
