Pros
I have been with the company for a short while but I have noticed some very good traits that this company stands for. I have had the pleasure of working with different mechanics and everyone gets along very well. If I have any questions or concerns, they are always quick to get back to me and resolve it. I would like to give an honest opinion of my fleet manager Mr. Kurt Ford who on multiple occasions has helped and guided me through many situations both good and bad and shows great leadership and compassion for his employees. I can honestly say he is the type of manager that we need more of. He goes above and beyond for anyone and I have the upmost respect and loyalty for him as his employee. I would do the same for him in return. Great leaders create great work environments and great work experiences. Overall this is a wonderful company to work for and I am honored to be a part of.

Off the top of my head I cannot say I have any cons at this time. I have not came across anything negative to comment on.
