no training you practically have to beg for shop/specialty tools and then give an explanation on why you need it in order to be promoted you have to kiss some serious behind

We have invested in technology to help us with the administration, coordination and tracking of training to ensure that our employees get the necessary training when it is needed. We have been experiencing very rapid growth as a young company, and this has resulted in higher than average changes in management in some locations. Pros

Brand new warehouse to work in, top of the line equipment, and free snacks and water.

Cons

Too many requirements for trainings, constantly a new module to complete. When it comes to hiring/promoting they like to hire “white” and outside the company, not from within.
