Pros

Independence, great pay, semi flexible schedule, overtime opportunities, decent benefits, 401 match coming Jan 26

Cons

Amazon division seems like decisions are made on the fly and then retroactively worked to be made better. Middle management seems cluttered from a technicians perspective. DRIVE points are only passed around by middle management and desk jobs. Technicians will receive maybe 1 appreciation post a month meanwhile parts people and managers get 9-10 a month. ($5 value of points per boost) Overtime has become more difficult to come by recently. Service trucks depending on the location may just be an old movers box truck with an air compressor bolted to the floor. Trucks are not really built or outfitted for the job. As of June of 2025. Amazons new approval process is eliminating almost all real work from technicians. Technicians are now almost all writing up estimates for vehicles all night long.

Pros

Brand new warehouse to work in, top of the line equipment, and free snacks and water.

Cons

Too many requirements for trainings, constantly a new module to complete. When it comes to hiring/promoting they like to hire “white” and outside the company, not from within.
