I have been with the company for three weeks. The team I work with has been extremely helpful. From the recruiting team and onboarding team to the Regional Fleet Manager and the Associate Director of Fleet Operations.

Pros

Brand new warehouse to work in, top of the line equipment, and free snacks and water.

Cons

Too many requirements for trainings, constantly a new module to complete. When it comes to hiring/promoting they like to hire “white” and outside the company, not from within.
