The top reason to work for Ametros is the culture. Everyone in the workforce is respected for who they are and what they can add to make this company better. Very warming and open arms feeling. The next reason to work there is the salary. They make sure they are more than competitive with their salary and bonuses offered.

Cons

There are no downsides. I say this because the employees get surveys quarterly. One of their company initiatives is to elevate employee experience. You have your opportunity to speak up for change and the employee matters.
